This Friday night, in the Sky Bet Championship, we see top of the league Burnley take on third-placed Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium. The English striker has had a huge impact under Michael Carrick this season and has scored a whopping 25 goals, making him the top goal scorer so far in the 2022/2023 Championship season. With Akpom’s form this season, he will certainly attract interest from Premier League clubs but Middlesbrough will be looking to keep their star striker.
