CHELSEA will be hoping not to lose this mid-table Premier League fixture against Aston Villa and finish the weekend in the bottom half.
Before the international break The Blues struggled against relegation dog fighters Everton and could only draw after taking the lead twice.
That draw allowed Villa to go level on points with Chelsea after smashing Bournemouth 3-0.
Before the Everton game, Chelsea had managed to string together a good three-match winning run and Potter thinks they can start this again on Saturday, but he shouldnt overlook the Villans form as they are on a good run and hold the bragging rights from the encounter earlier on in the season.
Chelsea arent without injury problems though and it seems they will be without Kai Havertz as he missed out on Germany’s 2-0 win over Peru through illness, while Reece James was unavailable for England due to an ongoing hamstring issue.
Add these to the list with, Cesar Apzilicueta, Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, Raheem Sterling and Wesley Fofana who are all also doubtful.
Although Mason Mount and number one keeper Edouard are both back in training.
Unai Emery has a few injury issues too with Philippe Coutinho, Boubacar Kamara, Jed Steer, Leander Dendoncker and Matty Cash all likely to miss out.
