Here we have a preview of this Titanic Championship Lancashire Derby along with stats to help with your bet builder and a couple of football betting tips that may interest you.
On Tuesday night we have an East Lancashire Derby in the SkyBet Championship, where we see 8th-placed Blackburn take on top of the table Burnley at Ewood Park.
Earlier this season the two sides met at Turf Moor. On the 13th of November, Burnley convincingly beat Blackburn 3-0, thanks to a brace from Ashley Barnes and a tidy finish from Moroccan International Anass Zaroury.
Burnley’s form
The Clarets have already confirmed their return to the Premier League during their first season under Vincent Kompany’s reign.
The Belgian manager was named the Championship Manager of the Season on Sunday evening and is now attracting interest from Premier League giants Chelsea and Tottenham.
Burnley are currently ten points clear of second place Sheffield United and Vincent Kompany’s side need just three more points to be confirmed as champions.
The Clarets have struggled in their previous three Championship matches against Reading, Rotherham, and Queen’s Park Rangers.
QPR got a surprising and big three points at Turf Moor on Saturday, making it just Burnley’s third loss of the Championship season.
Blackburn’s Form
Blackburn’s previous Championship game saw them pick up their 8th draw of the season against another Lancashire rival in Preston.
Rovers conceded a late equaliser in the 94th minute after a Dominic Hyam own goal.
Blackburn are currently 8th in the league and will be looking to push for the playoff places come the end of the season.
Rovers are without a win in six games and will need to get back to winning ways in the Derby on Tuesday night to boost their hopes of reaching the end-of-season playoffs.

Top goalscorers
Burnley’s top goal scorer this season has been Southampton loanee Nathan Tella.
The Englishman has been ruled out of this game after picking up a knock against Reading and he will be hoping to return before the end of the season.
Tella has now scored seventeen league goals this season and Burnley will be looking to add the youngster to their squad permanently next season.
Blackburn Rovers top goal scorer this season has been Ben Breteron Diaz.
The Chilean has scored twelve league goals but started on the bench in their previous game against Preston.
Diaz has confirmed that he won’t be playing at Ewood Park next season after signing a pre-contract agreement at Spanish side Villarreal.
